Do yourself a favor if you’re in LA and get in on it. Aww … Was so thankful to have you, Erica and Gilda come yesterday. I mean, yoga, crepes and lattes with friends kind of makes my perfect Sunday. Yes, LA/South Bay peeps! Come practice yoga with me on Sunday mornings, 9 am, at Radiant Strength studio, 2009 Artesia Blvd, Redondo Beach. Such a great class…my abs are sore in all sorts of fun and new places. I remember hiking (ha, barely) with you when you were thinking about doing a teacher certification course and were sorta weighing your options. I’m really proud of you and happy that you did.  Yesterday I did yoga with these lovely ladies.  Which is just a sentence. But then, scroll your eyeballs back up to this seemingly impossible photo of B and understand I DID YOGA WITH THESE PEOPLE. So yeah, 90 percent of the muscle groups on my entire body are useless today. Can you die of soreness? Today I dropped something on the ground and then thought, I don’t want that back badly enough to bend over and retrieve it. It’s not worth the pain. All of which, of course, I mean as a ringing endorsement of this class! It was really so good to get back to yoga after an unholy absence. B is a fun, smart, tough teacher who gives great feedback.  Definitely check out her 9 am Sunday morning class at Radiant Strength in Redondo Beach (2009 Artesia Blvd).  And if you can force the other ladies to join you afterward for coffee and crepes, all the better. Thanks, guys.
